Why do you meet with clients virtually?
 

Over the past 20 years I’ve trained clients in fitness studios, group classes, and company gyms. What I’ve found is that there’s something profound about being in your own space. You can focus on your form and progress, not judgments of others in a community space. And through this you’ll learn that you can work around any circumstances to prioritize movement and health. This is your work and when you can engage in it with honesty you’ll see real change.

What equipment do I need to have to work with you?
 

You can work out anywhere, anytime within your environment, and we can show you how. If you have equipment or want to add some, our team specializes in the most effective, safe, and versatile use.

When and how will we meet?
 

We meet when you’re at your best. For many of my clients that’s the first thing in the morning. For you it might be another time. We’ll work to prioritize your sessions when they work for you. That’s the beauty of having a tailored plan.


What can I expect in our first session together?
 

Our first session will involve assessing a complete 360 view of your transformation goals. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers; no equipment needed. A 6’ x 6’ space, like your living room, hotel room, or gym, will be perfect.

Why is your program 6 weeks long? 
 

Science teaches us that 21 days makes a habit. We double down in these six weeks to create a lifestyle change that you can maintain for the long-term


What if I want to work with you longer than 6 weeks?
 

That’s absolutely possible. We’ll reassess every six weeks so that we’re constantly in focus and helping you reach towards greater success. Your support doesn’t end, it exponentially grows.
